20 minutes from Angoulême, near La Rochefoucauld, a few hundred metres from the village of Pranzac, Claire and Eric Pellerin will welcome you to their former estate, which has been completely restored to local architecture on 15th century foundations and on a 3 hectare site. With no immediate neighbours and away from traffic, you will enjoy the calm and serenity, in a green setting, on the edge of the park of the old castle of Pranzac. The equipment and activities offered will allow families to enjoy a pleasant stay.

The Gîte is located in the former barn of a Charente dwelling, close to two other gîtes and the owners.

On the ground floor are the dining room, the kitchen area, a laundry room with washing machine, a shower room and an independent toilet. The exposed stone walls and beams combine the charm of the old with modern comfort (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, flat screen TV). 

On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a second independent toilet.

Facing South-East, the private terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise for most of the year. The garden furniture and deckchairs await you. If it is too hot, you will enjoy the shade of the trees, or you will move on the North terrace (not private).

In common: garden and 6000 m2 of land with multi-sports net, playground for childrens.
