20 minutes from Angoulême, near La Rochefoucauld, a few hundred metres from the village of Pranzac, Claire and Eric Pellerin will welcome you to their former estate, which has been completely restored to local architecture on 15th century foundations and on a 3 hectare site. With no immediate neighbours and away from traffic, you will enjoy the calm and serenity, in a green setting, on the edge of the park of the old castle of Pranzac. The equipment and activities offered will allow families to enjoy a pleasant stay.

This gîte has recovered the style it had in the 17th century: lady's hearts on the floor, whitewashed walls and beams on the ceiling. It is very pleasant in hot weather, and very warm in winter.

You will have a good time in the living room with its typically Charentais floor and stove for the winter, while chatting with the cooks who will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer).

On the ground floor: dining room (with wood stove) - kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron).

On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, one with 2 single beds), wc.

The private terrace facing South-West will allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. A garden furniture is waiting for you. Private enclosed courtyard with courtyard. The large North terrace (not private) is also at your disposal.
