A 20 mn d’Angoulême, près de La Rochefoucauld, à quelques centaines de mètres du village de Pranzac, Claire et Eric Pellerin vous accueilleront dans un ancien domaine entièrement restauré dans l’architecture locale sur des fondations du XVème siècle et sur un espace de 3 hectares. Sans voisinage immédiat et à l’écart de la circulation, vous profiterez du calme et de la sérénité, dans un cadre de verdure, à l’orée du parc de l’ancien château de Pranzac. L’équipement et les activités proposées permettront aux familles de passer un séjour agréable.

Ce gîte a retrouvé le style qu’il avait au XVIIe Siècle : cœurs de demoiselle au sol, murs blanchis à la chaux et poutres au plafond. Il est très agréable par grosse chaleur, et très chaleureux l’hiver.

Vous passerez de bons moments dans le coin séjour avec son sol typiquement charentais et son poêle pour l’hiver, tout en discutant avec les cuisinier(ère)s qui profiteront d’une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, gazinière avec four électrique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur,congélateur).

Au rez-de-chaussée : salle à manger (avec poêle à bois) - cuisine, 2 wc, 2 salles d'eau, lingerie (lave-linge, table et fer à repasser).

A l'étage : 3 chambres (une avec lit 140, une avec 2 lits 90, une avec 2 lits 90), wc.

La terrasse privative exposée Sud-Ouest vous permettra de déguster un apéritif au soleil couchant. Un salon de jardin est à votre disposition. Cour close privée avec préau. La grande terrasse Nord (non privative) est également à votre disposition.

With no immediate neighbours and away from traffic, you will enjoy the calm and serenity, in a green setting, on the edge of the park of the old castle of Pranzac. The equipment and activities offered will allow families to enjoy a pleasant stay.

This gîte has recovered the style it had in the 17th century: lady's hearts on the floor, whitewashed walls and beams on the ceiling. It is very pleasant in hot weather, and very warm in winter.

You will have a good time in the living room with its typically Charentais floor and stove for the winter, while chatting with the cooks who will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer).

On the ground floor: dining room (with wood stove) - kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron).

On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, one with 2 single beds), wc.

The private terrace facing South-West will allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. A garden furniture is waiting for you. Private enclosed courtyard with courtyard. The large North terrace (not private) is also at your disposal.
